MaxSaver comes in 2 premium payment terms: 1) MaxSaver 8 – a limited pay regular premium plan with a premium term of 8 years and coverage of 15 years; or 2) MaxSaver 60 – a regular premium plan that requires premium payment till age 60, offering you potentially higher returns, which help accelerate your wealth accumulation and ensure that you would be closer to your savings target.

Important Information

1 Policy issuance of MaxSaver (without supplementary benefits) is subject to one health declaration and on condition that customer has not been diagnosed by a doctor in the past 1 year to be terminally ill. Terminal illness is the conclusive diagnosis of an illness that is expected to result in death of the Life Assured within 12 months.

Illustrative examples
1. Alvin, a non-smoker male age 24, would like to start saving to prepare for important milestones in life, like getting married or buying a new home. He plans to set aside S$3,500 a year for the next 8 years.

2. Mrs. Tan , a non-smoker female age 40, would like to plan for her retirement by setting aside S$7,200 a year for the next 20 years i.e. till age 60.

Premium Payment Term

Bonuses

Reversionary Bonus (RB) is declared annually starting from the end of the 1st policy year plus Terminal Bonus (TB) (if any)

Surrender Value

Equivalent to: guaranteed cash value, accumulated Reversionary Bonus and Terminal Bonuses (if any)

Death Benefit

Equivalent to: 101% of annualized premium1 OR total Surrender value upon death (whichever is higher)

Important Information

1 The Annualised Premium used to compute the Death Benefit will be based on the last payment mode selected immediately before the death claim.

2 The guaranteed return at maturity is 100% of the sum assured.

3 Based on a projected investment rate of return of 5.25%. The projected rate of return and the bonus rates used for the examples are not guaranteed, actual benefits may vary according to the future experience of the Participating Fund.

Supplementary Riders Benefits

Payer PremiumEraser

Waives future premiums until the expiry date of this Rider, upon the event of death or Total Permanent Disability.

Payer PremiumEraser Plus

Waives future premiums until the expiry date of this Rider, upon the event of death, Total Permanent Disability or diagnosis of any of the Critical Illness.

Critical Illness Plus

Provides protection to reduce financial burden when the Life Assured is diagnosed as having a Critical Illness during the term of this Supplementary Rider.

Critical Illness PremiumEraser

Waives future premiums upon the diagnosis of any of the Critical Illness.

Secure Term

It provides an additional lump sum payout upon death, Terminal Illness or Total and Permanent Disability (before the age of 65) of the Life Assured for a specified duration (term).
