Cash Advance

If you have not bank-in the cash advance cheque sent to you and wish to deposit it with us, simply write your policy number on the reverse side of the cash advance cheque and return it to us.

You may choose the option to automatically deposit or withdraw future cash advances by completing the Request for Change Form and mail it back to us.

Should you wish to withdraw the cash advance deposited with us, please contact your adviser or call our Customer Service Officers at (+65) 1800 880 4888

Paid-Up Assurance

If you wish to convert your policy to a paid-up assurance for a reduced sum assured known as Paid-Up Value, please complete the Request for Change Form and mail it back to us together with a photocopy of your identity card (both sides). Please note that it is only applicable to traditional policies and when your policy has acquired cash value.

Should the policy be under 3rd party or assigned or trust, please provide a photocopy of the identity card of the life assured / assignee / trustee and the form has to be signed by the assignee / trustee.

Policy Loan

If you wish to apply for a policy loan, please call our Customer Service Officers at (+65) 1800 880 4888 to obtain your loan value and complete the Policy Loan Agreement Form and mail it back to us together with a photocopy of your identity card (both sides). Please note that it is only applicable to traditional policies and when your policy has acquired cash value.

For policy under trust or assignment, please contact your adviser or call our Customer Service Officers at (+65) 1800 880 4888 to request for the loan form to be sent to the trustee.
